From the original TOUGH-1. Designed to be used with the entire line of Tough 1 Polar Waterproof Turnout Blankets. Made of 600 denier ripstop poly outer shell with waterproof 210 lining and 300 grams of ppoly fill. Adjustable three snap closure along underside of the neck. Two hood connectors to attach neck cover securely to blanket D rings.
